It’s looking a little better, not worse. As suggested by Dr. Welk, I am taking a digital picture each day. I’m using my phone. John gave me a scary thought about my accidentally posting the pictures on Facebook. Nooooooooo!
Also, the harsh critic who prompted my post about my punctuation challenges was me. It’s been a rough couple of weeks. But I take Karen’s comment to heart as I do need to be more understanding of myself, not to mention the fact that I need to avoid sweating the small stuff. Thanks, Karen!
Sounds good!
Glad things are looking a little better!
Thanks, Lisa! And thanks also for retracting the smack down!
Enter mindfulness based meditation….Don’t we all need someone to remind ourselves to “let up the pressure” and the negative self talk regardless of our status! Maybe tomorrow is a meditation day? And you are VERY welcome! (I am really relieved that no one else was criticizing your writing skills……)
Karen, I have been faithful in practicing meditation in the morning and in the evening. It helps a great deal. I used to meditate regularly years ago and it was wonderful and then I kept thinking of getting back to it. I knew I would some day! Even the practice with relaxation breathing that I do with the kids I see at work makes me feel better.
The last two weeks have really not been so bad but this has been a marathon and there are going to be some down times.
Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the outdoors! It looks like we are in for a change in weather next week to our more typical October rainy/cloudiness. Dr. Welk doesn’t want me to exercise but I think taking a leisurely walk on flat ground tomorrow morning would be okay.
I wanna see pictures of your boob. You can “accidentally” post one to my FB. :- D
