I started walking daily last fall. I started tracking my walks on a phone application on December 2nd.
Since that time, I’ve walked over 200 miles and during the coldest and rainiest time of the year.
So that’s over 200 miles on my journey of health. Hooray!
Fantastic! I am so proud of you.
This week people in NY (before the storm) climbed up the stairs to the Empire State Building. I figured out if I climbed our 14 steps 72 times. I could do the same . Of course I’d have to do it in 15 minutes. Since I’m so old I don’t even want to buy green bananas, probably not a good idea.
Thanks, Mom!
Very impressive- good for you, Elizabeth! I’ll never match up. Does gardening count?
Yes, gardening is good exercise!
You look like a teen!
A teen? It must be the ear flaps on the hat. The ladies at the coffee shop joked that between my earflapped hat and John’s dirty deck making clothes, that we are the sexiest couple in Seattle!
Amazing! Mainly the 200 miles, but the phone app too.
Thanks, Joanna. And yes, there’s an app for just about every thing! These are amazing times.
